The deadline for canceling an order is 90 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

All OKIKIs products come with a 6-Month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. If your item has a defect within this period, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
